Christine Hassauer and Jutta Roosen will present a poster on “Evidencing Practice. Identifying Relevant Factors in the Determination of Food Safety” at the 3rd Congress of the Bayrisches Landesamt für Gesundheit und Lebensmittel (“Bavarian State Office for Health and Food”, where the theme is ‘Challenges of Food Control in the 21st Century’.
